This is where I post long-lost random memories that come to me suddenly.

While preparing to teach a game history class I came across images of a marble labyrinth

When I was in my teens I built a marble labyrinth out of wood, cardboard and glue.  Once it was all built, I made markings for where the holes should be and my Dad drilled them with a properly sized drill bit in the designated locations.  I can almost still smell the glue.  It was big and clunky but still fun to play with.  I think I just ended up throwing it away.
